What is BREAK IT!?
This is a game that finds itself halfway between Breakout and Pong, but with the added dimension of fully immersive virtual reality technology. You use your hands as paddles to knock a ball into a glowing cube, breaking it down piece by piece. If you miss the ball, you lose some energy. If you're energy runs out, the game is over. It's fast paced, fun and while the art style is minimal, it totally suits the frantic action.
Should You Get BREAK IT!?
If you own a VR setup and want a game that tests your reflexes to the limit, definitely. It's not as graphically demanding as some VR experiences so it's good if you're just getting into the world of VR. If you're looking for a story focused game or something with real character progression, you're going to be disappointed. But, as an action packed arcade throwback, this is great.
